I ride a Suzuki GZ250. I get the same sound. it's just the sound that a single makes when the chuch is disengaging inside the case. If you listen closely, you hear it when you pull in the clutch between shifts at any speed. It may sound like grinding at a stop, but it's just the transmission working at the bottom on a single sylinder engine. Don't worry bout it, you've got a warranty. Shift on and have fun.
